ENGLISH:
Is a very common Lucanid in both Chile and Argentina. Its
larvae live buried in the soil under rotting logs. Specimens
can reach 4 cms easily. ESPAÑOL:.
Vive en Chile y Argentina, entre Talca y Aysen. Es muy
comun.Sus larvas viven en el suelo, bajo troncos podridos.
Tipicamente asociado a bosques de Nothofaguas.
